Two New Jersey companies are sister concerns of Business Circle International through family. This page states the relationship precisely and sets out their record as theirs.
Relationship statement
Business Circle International is a sister concern, in the family sense, of two New Jersey companies. Mubeen Nisar, a member of the directors’ family, is the Managing Member of Business Industrial LLC and a founding member of Business Circle LLC. The Pakistan company is owned by its two directors. Each company is a separate legal entity with its own ownership, management and liabilities. None is a parent, subsidiary or branch of another, and neither US company is party to a contract made by Business Circle International unless it signs that contract.
