Message from the Chief Executive

A new company, and a record you can check.

Business Circle International was incorporated on 1 October 2026. It has no contracts to show you yet, and this site does not pretend otherwise.

What it can show is how it is set up. The company is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan. Its objects are on the public record. The way it will quote, source, deliver and invoice is written down here, and each commitment is one a buyer can test on a first order.

The company also has a route to machinery in the United States. A member of my family is a principal of two companies in New Jersey. One trades in used pulp and paper machinery. The other dismantles and packs industrial equipment for shipment.

We intend to build our record one order at a time. If you have a requirement, send us the specification and judge us on the quotation you receive.

Management’s intentions

Roadmap 2026–2036

First, earn a record of compliant supply delivered as quoted. Then widen the range of goods, buyers and markets.

Phase 1 · Foundation

2026–2027

Complete the company’s tax, e-PADS, Pakistan Single Window and chamber registrations. Open banking facilities. Build a panel of vetted suppliers. Win first purchase orders from private and public buyers.

Phase 2 · Record

2027–2029

Enlist as an approved vendor with government departments and corporate buyers. Secure rate contracts. Bring in first consignments of machinery and spares from the United States through the affiliates.

Phase 3 · Scale

2029–2032

Take on authorised distribution for selected brands. Open a warehouse in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Extend coverage to Lahore and Karachi.

Phase 4 · Regional trade

2032–2036

Run a regular export programme for Pakistani goods. Coordinate complete machinery relocation projects with the affiliates for mills in Pakistan and the region.

This roadmap states management’s current intentions. It is not a forecast, a commitment or a statement of capability. Timing depends on registrations, finance and market conditions.
